OSCEOLA, AR | 2025 Chevrolet EquinoxMarch 19, 2026My appointment was set for 3:30 pm for express service. I didn’t get out of there until 6:30pm well after closing. When I arrive on time for my appt the tech said he had 6 people ahead of me and tried to reschedule me. Why would 6 people be ahead of someone with a scheduled appt? Either time management needs to be enforce or a new scheduler is needed. That is not how business is suppose to run. No offer of apology, compensation, or anything.
