    My appointment was set for 3:30 pm for express service. I didn’t get out of there until 6:30pm well after closing. When I arrive on time for my appt the tech said he had 6 people ahead of me and tried to reschedule me. Why would 6 people be ahead of someone with a scheduled appt? Either time management needs to be enforce or a new scheduler is needed. That is not how business is suppose to run. No offer of apology, compensation, or anything. They acted as if this was normal business for them. Disappointed is an understatement!
