Had a great experience there. They got my Sierra in, serviced and got me out of there in about 2 hours. Only problem was grease on the hood and fender when I left.

Quality of service completely satisfactory. Great explanation of service and upcoming services. The time to complete the service was the longest I've experienced at this location. My appointment was for 9:00am. I arrived at 9:15, I left at 12:18....oil change and tire rotation...seems a bit long. It has been better before, maybe this was a one off visit. I'll be back but if this continues I'll have to start going to my local dealer in Bartlett. I drive from Oakland for the faster, better quality service at Jimmy Gray. I really like the friendly easy to talk to people at Jimmy Gray.
