I came for a oil change got that and they didn’t give me any antifreeze

Service was done in a timely manner. The only issue I have is $52 worth of oil and fuel additives put in without my concent. Never added on other services.

Always good service and friendly people

They were very friendly, the only issue i had was waiting almost 3 hours for an oil change, they usually don't take that long.

I called on 1/21/2026 and spoke with Chase. He informed me he would have it looked at by the end of the day or possibly Thursday 1/23/26 and give me a diagnoses.. he then resorted to text.. I will attach those. I had my truck towed from there to another shop 2/4/2026. The communications were unprofessional, it took way too long for them to just dump the transmission fluid and tell me it was trash which cost me $225 plus $150 tow.. needless to say I will not be coming back for service or anything else for that matter.. Thank you!

It's always a pleasure to do business with you. Rachel is very professional saleslady I like dealing with her. And everyone there is so nice. Thank you all for a great experience.

Betsy was great. She made sure my daughter knew how to use all the features on the car, like the On star. She was personable and made us feel very comfortable.
