Quality of service completely satisfactory. Great explanation of service and upcoming services. The time to complete the service was the longest I've experienced at this location. My appointment was for 9:00am. I arrived at 9:15, I left at 12:18....oil change and tire rotation...seems a bit long. It has been better before, maybe this was a one off visit. I'll be back but if this continues I'll have to start going to my local dealer in Bartlett. I drive from Oakland for the faster, better quality service at Jimmy Gray. I really like the friendly easy to talk to people at Jimmy Gray.

Well unhappy the first visit , the sale person didn't seem to excited to make a sale I don't know if was it almost time to get. I walked in the at 6:30 pm the first thing I saw him do was look at his watch. I came back a week later I was approached by another salesperson who I told I was here last week and he asked me did I want to talk to the salesman that I deal with that week before I said no because he didn't seem to excited about helping me or making a sale so I proceed to deal with this salesperson Louis who done a great job thank
