Just bought this car from Jimmy Gray in...
Just bought this car from Jimmy Gray in February and this is the second time I've already had to bring the car in for service. After fixing my car, a door lock assembly switch. When the mechanic "popped" a piece off the door to get to a screw he broke the clip instead of replacing the 50 cent piece he put it back on. When I shut my door the piece fell out. They had no problem ordering th piece but when I pay 400 dollars for a certified mechanic to fix something this is not the kind of things I want to see, what does the inside of my door look like that I can't see? Very disappointed in the price charged on the part also.

I went in to see if I could trade in my cruze for something a lil bigger because when I went back to cannon in greenwood they told me I couldn't that I barely got approved for the cruze I wanted to know if that was true so I went to jimmy gray & from the moment I pulled up everyone was so polite offered me bottle water asked how I was doing just outstanding customer service my salesman called me the same day & told me I was approved super happy customer I can not tell u how much I enjoyed my experience with them loved it

I bought my 2009 Avalanche from Jimmy Gray in 2011. I also bought an extended warranty with the truck, which is why I started using Jimmy Gray's service department. I have found them to be very honest and helpful. They will pick up my truck from my work and bring it back when they are finished. I am very pleased with their service.
